The Dreaming Table app does not offer in-app self-service account creation beyond the
sign-in flows we provide (for example, phone verification managed by our authentication provider). If you have
used the App and wish to delete your account and associated personal data, follow the steps below. This page is
shown on our Google Play store listing as required for account deletion requests.
Account deletion request
If you would like to delete your account and associated data, please follow these steps:
Send an email to
[email protected]
from an address you can access (use the same email as in your profile if you have one on file).
In the body of the email, include:
Your registered phone number in international format (the number you use to sign in to Dreaming Table).
A clear statement that you request deletion of your Dreaming Table account and associated personal data.
Use the email subject line exactly:
Account Deletion Request
(this helps us process your request quickly).
We may ask for additional information to confirm your identity before deleting an account, to protect you and other
users from unauthorized deletion requests.
Data deletion — what we delete and what we may keep
After we verify your request and your identity, we intend to delete or anonymize the following, where applicable:
Your customer account and authentication records tied to that account (for example, profile linked to your user ID).
Profile data you provided in the App (such as name, email, birthday, avatar, language preference),
and in-app preferences associated with your account.
App usage data stored under your account that is not required to be retained by law (for example,
selected store preferences where stored per account).
Some information may be retained for a limited period where the law requires or permits it, for example:
Transaction or operational records (such as reservation or queue-related records that restaurants or
regulators may require us or partners to keep) may be retained for up to 30 days after account deletion, or
longer only where a specific legal obligation applies. Where retention is required, we will limit use to compliance
and will not use the data for marketing.
Aggregated or de-identified data that cannot reasonably be linked back to you may be kept for analytics
and service improvement.
Security and audit logs may be kept for a short period as needed to detect abuse and meet legal obligations.
Processing time
We aim to process verified account deletion requests within 7 business days of receiving your email.
Complex cases (for example, disputes or legal holds) may take longer; we will notify you if a significant delay applies.
